Open Bible Stories are a set of 50 open-license stories that share the overall story of the Bible. unfoldingWord recommends that new translators learn to translate via Open Bible Stories before starting with the Bible. The stories allow translators to practice the principles and steps of translation on something important, while giving them time to prepare to translate the Word of God.
